SHIPPING POLICY

UPON RECEIPT OF AN ONLINE ORDER, AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT EMAIL WILL BE DISPATCHED, SIGNALING THE INITIATION OF THE ORDER PROCESSING FOR SHIPMENT.

To place an order with Sherrie Betty’s, you can either call us or use our online platform. We conduct regular shipments every Tuesday and Thursday, with a projected delivery period of 2-3 days to your designated facility. Please be aware that occasional delays may occur due to factors like product availability. All orders placed between Thursday and no later than noon Eastern Time on Sunday will ship on Tuesday. Orders placed between Sunday and no later than 10 AM Eastern Time on Wednesday will ship on Thursday

Adjustments may be necessary during holidays, inclement weather, or natural disasters. In such cases, shipping will resume on the next possible business day. Please note that external variables beyond our control, such as carrier bottlenecks and unforeseeable circumstances, may influence the final delivery timeline. Once packages reach the facility, we are not responsible for any delays.

If items are discontinued or out of stock, we’ll replace them with alternatives of equal or superior value to fulfill your order. If a suitable substitute isn’t available, we’ll notify you to discuss alternatives or issue a credit.

Sherrie Betty’s does not accept requests for back-ordered items. Any change requests must be made within twelve hours of
placing your order and must be done by phone to ensure timely processing.

For cancellations or modifications, you can reach us at 475.339.1752 from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. After
hours, you can leave a voicemail, and we’ll get back to you within one business day.

Shipping charges are based on the cumulative weight of items in your order. We’ve approximated item weights to the nearest ounce or
pound for easy calculation. For instance, 1 pound (1 lb.) is equivalent to 16 ounces.

Upon receipt of an online order, an acknowledgment email will be sent to the associated email address. If you don’t receive a confirmation within twelve hours, please contact us by phone or email to ensure we’ve received your order. Sherrie Betty’s is not responsible for orders not correctly submitted, so it’s the consumer’s responsibility to confirm any order that doesn’t receive a confirmation from us.
