A SERVICE OFFERED BY THE SHERRIEBETTYS.

Step 1: Purchase our service for a flat rate of $75.00 USD, plus a shipping charge of $25.00. You can pay using Credit/Debit, CashApp, Zelle, or through our "Pay in 4" partners (Afterpay, Klarna, Sezzle, and Affirm). The total cost for the service and shipping is $100.00 USD, unless you choose expedited next-day shipping, which has varying rates with FedEx and UPS. Expedited shipping is only available for orders placed between IO AM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on weekends Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

Step 2: After purchasing the service, click the link to Walmart.com in our email or visit to start shopping for your order. www.walmart.com

  • We recommend creating an account with Walmart.com. This will let you track your order, save payment methods, and make changes to your order.
  •  Aln the top left corner of your screen, under the Walmart logo, click the drop-down menu and choose one of the three delivery options: (PICKUP).
  • Select store location: 315 Foxen Boulevard, New Haven, Connecticut 06513. This is the only location we will pick up from.
  • Select Reserve Time: You can choose a pickup time between IO AM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday, on the day you place your order. For orders placed Monday through Thursday, expedited (next-day) shipping is available for an additional fee.

Step 3: You can now start shopping for your order. Please remember to keep track of the weight of the items you buy, as Walmart doesn't track this for you. Sherriebettys is not responsible for any overweight purchases you make. It's up to you to monitor your order with Walmart from start to finish

This is your Walmart account, and Sherriebettys will not have any access to your account details or information.

Step 4: After reviewing your order, complete your checkout. You will pay Walmart directly using the payment method of your choice. If you have an existing account, your saved payment methods will be available. If you're setting up a new account, Walmart will ask you to enter your preferred payment method.

  • Go to your shopping cart and follow the prompts to enter your billing information: Your first and last name, with your Sherriebettys order number in parentheses (e.g., John Doe [Order#1234]). Then, enter your billing address. Important: Make sure to include the Sherriebettys order number you received when you purchased this service from Sherrieb-
  • Select your payment type (any payment available that WALMART offers)
  • Place Your Order
  • Once your order is complete, WALMART will send you a confirmation email that your order was received, Pick-UP time, and Pickup Location.

Step 5:Please forward this email to shipping@sherriebettys.com and include the best phone number to reach you. You'll receive a confirmation of your Walmart purchase and our scheduled pickup timeline.

Step 6:Once Sherriebettys picks up your order, Walmart will send you a confirmation. We will ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it, unless you purchased expedited service. After we have your order, it will go through the following stages: Awaiting Shipping, Awaiting Pickup, and Shipped. You will receive email notifications at each stage. Once shipped, you will get tracking information through UPS or FedEx, and you can track your order and see who signed for it upon delivery.

Sherriebettys provides a service that includes picking up and shipping orders directly to the correctional facility listed. We are not responsible for any mistakes made by you or Walmart Curbside Pickup. If there are any errors in your order, please contact Walmart customer service to resolve the issue. You can find their contact information in their app or in your confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns about our process, feel free to call us during business hours (10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday) at 475-339-1752. Please note, we are closed on weekends and federal holidays.Pickup, and Shipped. You will receive email notifications at each stage. Once shipped, you will get tracking information through UPS or FedEx, and you can track your order and see who signed for it upon delivery.

Please note, there is no Saturday delivery, as facilities will not accept orders on Saturdays.

At Sherriebettys, we take care of all pickup and shipping. Please don't worry about managing these logistics yourself. If you've paid for the service, your order will be picked up as planned.
